Well it's official. I stink at taking pictures. I took ZERO while we were in Washington. I guess I was too caught up in all the action. I did get this one on our drive home. I think we were in Twin Falls, Idaho. Anyhow here's a quick run down of what we did....
*Got up at 5:00 am and drove 9 hours.
*Took a quick stop to visit Pam -n- fam in Burley. (Brian met them on his mission...the picture below is courtesy of Pam since we all know I didn't take any pictures. Thanks Pam!)
*Got to Richland, and saw Brian's Mom and Grandma & Grandpa
*Went to dinner with Mom, Nathan, Brooke & Maddie at Olive Garden
*Ate the yummiest ice cream sundaes ever!
*OOoed and Ahhed over Nathan and Brooke's house.
*Went to the driving range with Richie and Linda
*Enjoyed the
Beautiful, Sunny 60 degree weather!!!!
*Had lunch with all of Brian's Aunts, Mom, and G-ma & G-pa
*Laughed and laughed until our stomachs hurt
*Did a session at the Columbia River Temple with Richie & Linda
*Shared a sandwich at subway since we were starving!
*Went to church with all the family because Aunt Diane was speaking :)
*Hung with Nathan, Brooke, Mom, Dad, & Maddie
*Played Cabelas Hunting game on the Wii
*Played barbie's with Maddie
*Ate round 2 of banana splits with reeses shell topping....So Good!
*Said goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa Waters
*Played
Uno Flash with Nathan and Brooke, our new favorite game.
*Packed up
*Drove 9 hours back to Idaho.
Wow...that was exhausting just typing all the fun things we did. We had a great time seeing all of our relatives. It was well worth the long drive. We weren't quite ready to come back to reality.

And...for the little surprise I was talking about last week,
Drum roll please...................................
We bought our first car!
That's right, we feel like real adults now.
We traded in my 2001 Honda Civic for this 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The color is called Blue Pacific Pearl and it has gray leather interior. We love love love it! It was a surprise because none of Brian's family knew about it, so he wanted to show up driving his hot new wheels.

My Top 3 Favorite Features would have to be:
1.) Heated seats...not only up front, but also in back. Will be used 9 months out of the year while living in Idaho :)
2.) The I-pod jack. So nice when you are driving 9 hours.
3.) The blue tooth. When you connect your phone with the car, people on the other line come through the speakers of the car, and you just talk and they hear you. Modern technology is crazy!

Happy Thursday to you all!
