Sam's Club hosted the National BBQ Competition this past weekend. Brian and I were excited to scope out the festivities. So we got Brekan all ready to go and even put some big boy shoes on his feet.
We anticipated paying for a plate of food, but when we got there it was all free. All the stands had samples, so we tried a little bit of everything. New York Strip, Australian lamb, pulled pork, chicken wings, pork loin, sausage, and more. Everything was so good! They also had Joe Nicols there singing. Apparently he's from this area. If you like country music, then you should be jealous:) I love hearing live music and realizing the artist is as good live as they are on the radio.
We had so much fun! Just another fun thing we've done here in Arkansas. We love it here and can't wait to have some visitors!
